NA Ltd, Prior to arrival at premises:

  • On confirmation of appointment between NA Ltd and occupier send this policy via email

To the occupier:

  • Prior to NA Ltd arrival please open all doors and windows to enable our member of staff to walk through without the need to touch anything
  • When NA Ltd arrive please vacate the premises or if this is not possible go into a separate room to comply with social distancing
  • If it is not possible for whatever reason to comply with social distancing then it will be necessary for NA Ltd member of staff and the occupier to wear appropriate face masks

Please advise us if you or a member of your household or your immediate family:-

  • Is feeling unwell or has any possible symptoms of Coronavirus (a recently started cough or high temperature or any sort of tightness in the chest or trouble breathing or has lost their sens e of taste or smell)
  • Has come into contact with anyone who has displayed symptoms of Coronavirus
  • Is currently self-isolating and when the self isolation commenced
  • Whether there are any occupiers in the property who are clinically vulnerable, over the age of 70 or occupiers with underlying health conditions
  • Whether there are any occupiers in the property who are clinically extremely vulnerable and are shielding

Please see below for advice and guidance in order for you to prepare and undersand how the visit will be carried out.

On the day of the appointment and on arrival our member of staff will:

  • If you are unable to vacate the premises and social distancing is not practical or possible then all parties should wear a face mask
  • Wearing gloves, wipe as you go through to include handles / light switches / bannisters / work surfaces - remove and dispose of gloves and wipes in disposal bin supplied by NA Ltd
  • Clean before use phone/selfie stick / measuring meter - dispose of wipes in disposal bin supplied by NA Ltd
  • Take photos / video / measurements
  • On exit wipe down all areas touched by you - dispose of wipes in disposal bin supplied by NA Ltd
  • On exit close front door and wipe - dispose of wipe in disposal bin supplied by NA Ltd
  • On exit, if you have been wearing a face mask remove and dispose of in disposal bin supplied by NA Ltd
